Jon has been in the investment industry since 1984 and has managed investment offices and complexes since 1998. He provides comprehensive wealth management strategies, such as investment planning, retirement planning, financing, and legacy planning, to high-net-worth individuals, corporations, endowments, and retirement plans.
Jon earned a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University. Active in the Birmingham Bloomfield, Michigan, community, he is involved with many local and charitable endeavors, most notably RacquetUp Detroit, where he has had an active role since 2009.
Outside the office, Jon is an avid sports enthusiast and high-level tennis and squash player. He has been married to his wife, Amanda, since 1987, and together they have three daughters and one son. Jon’s daughter, Sara Uffelman, joined the team in 2021 as a Financial Advisor Associate.
Sara is a dedicated Financial Advisor Associate who embarked on her investment industry career with Stifel in 2021. Working in a collaborative environment, she brings a fresh perspective and a new passion for helping clients pursue their financial goals. Sara primarily provides support for clients through account management, retirement planning, and performance update discussions. She believes in building strong relationships based on trust and understanding, ensuring that each client receives personalized strategies for their unique needs.
Outside the office, Sara’s creativity shines through her love for design. She enjoys exploring various artistic mediums and finding innovative ways to express herself. She carries this creative mindset into her approach to her investment career.
Sara earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
Beth began her financial services career in 1983 at the Chicago Board of Trade. Between working and taking time off to raise her family, she has more than 30 years in the industry (23 years with Jon).
Beth believes that top-tier client service is paramount to client relationships. She enjoys supporting the team by accurately answering clients’ questions and addressing their needs in a timely fashion. Beth is a resource to other staff members and passes along her gratification and high standards of helping clients.
Beth and her husband of 36 years have a son and daughter and enjoy being new grandparents to twin boys who live in Denver. They enjoy traveling and spending time with family.
Beth earned a B.A. in English from Hillsdale College and holds Series 7, 9 & 10, and 65 securities licenses. She is a lifelong pianist and an avid reader.
Maral began her investment industry career in 2002 and joined Stifel in 2019. Prior to Stifel, she worked for Merrill Lynch and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. She focuses on providing clients the best support possible through a high level of service and account management.
Maral earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan – Dearborn and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
